We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your strap, we accept refund within 21 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• The item does not match the description or photos in the listing.
• The item arrived damaged due to shipping.
• The item has a manufacturer defect (e.g., incorrect size, color, or leather type compared to the order or listing photos).

In any of the above cases, we will issue a full refund.

Returns for Personal Reasons:

If you wish to return the item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind) and the product is correct, complete, and as described in the listing, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs from your country to Vietnam. The item must also be unused and in its original packaging.

Important: To be eligible for a return or refund, you must provide an unboxing video of the product clearly showing the issue. This helps us assess the situation accurately and process your request promptly.

Please contact us before initiating a return so we can provide you with further instructions. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 24 hours.
